■Completed Bob Stahl's five-day silence retreat in 2016, completed Jon Kabat-Zinn Beijing's "Mindfulness Teaching Ethics and Conduct" one-day advanced faculty course in 2018, and completed Mr. Chen Dezhong's "Mindfulness Faculty Supervision" in 2019.

■Professional qualifications: Taiwan's first lecturer of "Mindfulness Yoga Body and Mind Healing for 8 Weeks", American Yoga Alliance 200H Yoga Teacher, 85H Maternity Yoga Teacher, International "Fedeng Quiz Method", Dynamic Body and Mind Educator, British IFA Aroma Therapist, Healer of Mindfulness Yoga Singing Bowl.

■Current position: Leader of "Mindfulness Yoga. Healing Room" in Taiwan, Wuhan " Mindfulness Yoga Training Center", "Mindfulness Yoga" training instructor, instructor of the "Mindfulness Yoga" community of National Taiwan University Hospital Hsinchu Branch, Qiu Xianfeng's yoga  teacher .
