A Taiwanese gentleman who is a every experienced facilitator, and has  solid experience in Assessment Centre and a strong background in experiential learning design.

Vincent is an ICA Certified Facilitator, IAFT International Guidance Association Taiwan Volunteer, Workforce Development Agency TTQS Counseling Advisor • HRD, HRM Senior Advisor. He has facilitated meetings and workshops for over100 organizations and enterprises.
