HJ is very experienced in the field of action learning, and is the senior action learning coach (SALC) of the United States World Action Learning Institute (WIAL), the first person as action learning coach in Taiwan.

He is also a certified consultant and trainer for multiple assessments. He is good at facilitating the growth and learning and managerial level leaders  through action learning groups, private board of directors and leadership assessment.
